The current owner and CEO of the D+ Advantage, Troy Anderson held a press conference early Friday morning stating that the name of the franchise has been officially changed to 'Team Run n' Gun.'
"I've never quite understood where all the mocking and bad publicity came from with our former team name" stated Anderson "but apparently its just not as cool as my PR guys promised it would be."
Franchise pretty boy Tom Brady was also available for some brief comments on the matter. "This was my idea" stated the league's top-scoring quarterback "I call the shots around here, unless its regarding my hairdo." Brady refused to comment on the matter any further, then went into a brief but public tantrum complaining about how Anderson signed Matt Cassell to be his backup again.
"Brady is a team player." stated Anderson "You can see it every week when he wins for the team all by himself."
